At Boogie Asia, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy within 7 days from the product delivery date. After this 7-day period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet certain conditions. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure you meet the return requirements.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition as received, with original packaging and complete with any included accessories (if applicable).
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
• Return Period: Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Unboxing Video: Required for defective items, whether due to manufacturing or shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following types of items:
• Used items: Such as personal flotation devices (PFDs), adventure gear, and other products that have been used or had their packaging opened.
• Items damaged due to user negligence: Products damaged due to improper use or failure to follow care instructions.
• Personalized items: Products that have been modified or customized per customer request.
• Items not in original condition: Items missing parts or damaged, unless caused by our error.
Items falling into the above categories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your item qualifies for a return, here are the steps we will take:

Refund Processing: If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, but this may vary depending on your payment provider.

Item Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt and whether the refund is approved or denied.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after some time, please follow these steps:

Contact your bank to verify the refund status, as processing time may delay its appearance.

Recheck your bank account to confirm the funds have not arrived.

Contact your credit card provider (if applicable) or payment service to check the refund status.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include:
• Discounted products: Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items if a trackable method is not used.
