We want to make your shopping experience as easy and secure as possible. Follow these simple steps to place your order:

1. Browse Our Products

Explore our wide range of adventure gear including:

  • PFDs (Personal Flotation Devices)

  • Paddles, Helmets & Accessories

You can browse by category or use the search bar at the top of the page.

2. Choose Your Item

Click on the product you like to see:

  • Detailed description

  • Available sizes or colors (if any)

  • Price & specifications

Once you’re ready, click “Add to Cart.”

3. Review Your Cart

Click the shopping cart icon (top right) to:

  • Review the items

  • Update quantity or remove products

  • Apply discount codes (if available)

Then click “Proceed to Checkout.”

4. Fill In Your Shipping Details

Enter your:

  • Name

  • Full shipping address (Malaysia only for now)

  • Phone number & email

Make sure your details are correct to avoid delivery delays.

5. Choose Payment Method

We currently support:

  • Bank Transfer (Manual Confirmation)

  • Payment via Wise (for international)

Instructions will be shown after checkout. Please complete the payment within 24 hours.

6. Order Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email

  • Our team will begin processing your order

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched

  • Delivery time: 3–7 days (Malaysia)
